We recommend taking your usual size in this bra. It will feel snug around the back, but this provides increased support in the absence of shoulder straps.

Care for me 

As with all bras, you will get the longest life out of them if you hand wash. We recommend wearing them in the shower and use your shower gel with anti-bacterial properties, to clean. Hang to steam and air dry.
